Each boat includes:

⏰ Rental Rates

Fuel not included. Captain available upon request for an additional $50 per hour.

A $400 security deposit is required on the day of booking and may be paid via Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. The deposit will be refunded within up to 7 business days after your trip, provided there is no damage, all equipment is returned, and no additional charges apply (including cleaning, towing, user error, or fuel).

⏱️ Additional Fees & Policies

🔹 Late Return Fee: $100 if the boat is picked up or returned 30+ minutes past the agreed time
🔹 Events / Holidays: Surge pricing may apply up to $300 during holidays or holiday weekends
🔹 Last-Minute Booking: Reservations made within 24 hours of departure incur an additional $100
🔹 Boat Delivery: Delivery to a home, rental property, or dock is available for $200 (one-way)

What qualifications must I have to rent your boats?

You are required to have current boat handling (hands-on) experience. Must be 30 years of age or older to rent or operate our boats, have a Boater's Safety Certification, or a Boater's Captain License issued by the USCG or comparable. Valid driver's license for renter and/or operator and a valid credit card (security deposits start at $400) . You must follow all boating laws and regulations. You are responsible for any and all legal matters relating to any events that involves law enforcements.

Is fuel included in the boat rental rate?

Fuel is NOT included. All boat rentals will have a FULL TANK upon delivery. Fuel needs to be replaced after use. We ask that you top off the tank at the local marina before returning to our rental dock or the cost of fuel will be deducted from your deposit.

What should I bring?

Driver's license, credit card, cell phone. Wear "Boat Friendly" Non-Marring soft soled sandals or water shoes if you plan to be swimming and/or walking the islands looking for shells. We kindly ask that you use a towel to cover the seats when using any sunscreen and kindly ask that you do not use a "bronzer" it stains the upholstery, which you will be responsible for.

Are children allowed on your boats?

Yes, children are allowed on our boats. If they are under 13 years of age, they must wear a USCG-approved life jacket (PFD) on moving vessels in open areas on federally controlled waters.

What safety measures do you have in place?

Your safety is our top priority. All of our boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment. We also provide a safety briefing before each rental.

What happens if the boat is damaged during my rental?

Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. Please take before photos prior to departure to document the boat’s condition. Responsibility may include towing, engine repairs or replacement, body work, and/or hull damage.

Can I cancel my boat rental reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled rental period. Your deposit will be applied for a later date good for 60 days.
